This is a very good and clean Store, and the staff is always on top of things. And are willing to help you when they are around. Sometimes you have to find things on your own. And this is what I have a problem with. And when you go to find service in a section, they take to long to respond to your request. This is the only thing that I see that need fixing. DM
Absolutely terrible do not come here expecting good customer service. I came in to this store to get a new nail gun since I had a 2 year warranty, and my nail gun had broke. At first when I came everything was fine and the lady at the counter told us to pick one out. Then we asked an employee to help us get the box, since it was on a very high shelf. He did and refused to hand it to my father. My father gave him the receipt, the guy looked at it and proceeded to walk with us to the counter. Handed the lady at the counter the receipt. And wow, all the important info that was in the receipt was rubbed of. We had to wait 1 hour to get all that information back from a number I called. And when it was all over the guy was intentionally ignoring us when the cashier was calling him to bring our box back. To the idiot employee who was being a total pain the the ass, screw you and I hope you get fired you scumbag.

Still the same but customer service was very good today. I was looking for a Awl so I ask for help and they look on the computer to get idea what I was talking about. One look and she would not give up - lucky for me she find the last one. Don't know their names but it was two Associates that happened to be in the tool department . A job well done thank you
