I got exact what I came for at the price I expected. The salesperson who greeted me disappeared for a minute but Customer Service paged her when I needed help. Service was quick and courteous.
Value City furniture has very poor and cheap and flimsy quality furniture. Will not recommend. Contacted store and was informed my warranty was no longer in effect.
The staff was very helpful and welcoming , they have a lot of great options that are very comfy and good choices.
Very very clean store, nice set up so the mechanise shows but it's not cluttered. The staff is great professional and knowledgeable. A selection of items for every budget.
